Real Estate Brokerage
I see an important part of my role as assisting clients with the information they need to
make informed decisions concerning their wants and needs. Because of this, my clientele
tend to be either 'returning' clients or new clients referred by past clients, friends and
associates.
As a long-time London resident, I feel I have a wealth of knowledge about London and its
amenities, its residential real estate, community affairs, and much more - all the things
that make it a terrific city to live in.
Personal Biography
I was raised on a farm and later worked in my family's construction business. I earned a
diploma in Architectural Technology from Fanshawe College, and this led to work for architectural
firms. I began my professional real-estate career in January 1981, and in 1987 I started my own
brokerage firm as the sole proprietor. Since beginning my real-estate career, I have earned a
BA in Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario.
My knowledge of architecture and construction has proven useful for my real-estate clients. I
regularly update my real-estate skills and knowledge by taking part in continuing education
courses and seminars, and by volunteering on committees for the London and St. Thomas Association
of Realtors, the Ontario Real Estate Association, and the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
I have been a resident of London since 1979, I have raised a family here, and I work as an
enthusiastic volunteer in a range of community and charitable activities.
