Real Estate Brokerage
I see my role as one in which I assist my clients with the information they need to make informed decisions concerning their wants and needs. As a result, my clientele are composed of past clients or those referred to me by past clients, friends and associates.
Toronto is a large metropolis comprised of the components that make it a terrific place to live - an ever-widening cultural mosaic, an abundance of diverse neighbourhoods, a wealth of economic opportunities, and big city amenities aplenty to satisfy residents and visitors.
As a long-time REALTOR® I feel that I have a wealth of knowledge about the residential real estate market and endeavour to give my clients the service they expect.
Personal Biography
I was raised on a farm and later became involved in my family’s construction business. An Architectural Technology diploma from Fanshawe College followed, which led to working for architectural firms. I began my professional real estate career in January 1981 and in 1987 I started my own brokerage firm as a sole proprietor. During my real estate career I also worked to obtain a BA from the University of Western Ontario.
My architectural and construction knowledge are useful to assist my real estate clients. In addition, I continue to update my real estate skills and knowledge by participating in continuing education courses and seminars, and have volunteered on various committees for the London & St. Thomas Association of REALTORS, the Ontario Real Estate Association, and the Real Estate Council of Ontario. As a brokerage member of the Toronto Real Estate Board I intend to continue my volunteer activities.
